Ficoba became the epicentre of electromobility in Southern Europe

CIDETEC Energy Storage did not miss its appointment with GoMobility, the meeting point for the main public and private actors of the sustainable mobility ecosystem in Southern Europe. After a year's hiatus, Ficoba once again hosted an event in which human proximity reclaimed the agenda.

Those who visited the CIDETEC Energy Storage stand were able to get first-hand knowledge of the centre's technological offer, covering the entire value chain of the battery sector. Some of the highlights were the presentation of developments in solid state batteries (SSB), on which CIDETEC has made advances that place it at the forefront, as well as the Proteo battery modelling software, which reduces the development times of new battery models and costs by up to a tenth.

In addition, CIDETEC Energy Storage was one of the talking points of the fair due to the participation of Oscar Miguel, Deputy Director of the centre, as an expert in the round table "The value chain of electric batteries moves sustainable development". On the other hand, Haritz Macicior, Head of the Energy Storage Unit, gave the talk "The importance of testing in the area of battery systems", as part of the Exhibitor's Corner.

After this enriching experience, which has allowed CIDETEC Energy Storage to regain close contact with agents in our environment, it is now focusing on the next edition of The Battery Show Europe, which it will attend on 28th June.
